Just got back at seven
London is very expensive and very cold :) The two main factors that are deterring me from studying there. I think i will get so depressed being so freezing cold everyday and seeing grey skies no sun! Haha but oh wells if it beckons there is no choice. Anyway, abt things being expensive its probably due to the exchange rate for like 1 pound you can hardly get anything and one pound is already our 2.70? haha so yeahs like a train ticket for a day is 5 pounds = nearly 15 dollars haha yeahs :p meals are like 20pounds/person and tts not like in some high end restaurant so yeahs if you dun convert and compare everything is ok but once you convert its madness haha. Ohh entrance fees to attractions are arnd 10 pounds? and then you have to take the train out of london which like to bath is 45 pounds? haha no wonder my cousins shop like mad when they come to singapore. haha
Anyway, the trip was not bad though. Quite fun. Couldn't be bothered to get over jet lag though haha so i woke up really early and slept early too. caught the musical billy elliot which was not bad haha but then i was so tired (since i usually sleep early) i kept dozing off till i got my coke during the intermission to wake myself up! haha. Saw all the usual attractions, took the train to bath one day and windsor to see the castle another day. My uncle rented a car and drove us out to swindon on wednesday since he was on a business trip there hehe we shopped alot there :) Super good shopping there! :) I love the food in marks and spencers there haha we went there like everyday and brought home tons of food from there haha. Oh i 'joined' a protest too for fun haha it was a rojak protest where tons and literally tons of ppl were protesting against many different things like blair, iraq, iran, palestine, peace etc haha so i went to stand admist them for fun hehe
On Thursday it snowed :) haha The interview went ok just couldn't really answer one question but yepx met some singaporeans there too and its quite funny cos all the parents wait outside and when you come out ALL of them will start questioning you so that they can like compare with what their children were asked haha i was shocked cos i don't even know anyone and like they're all shooting me questions about what i got asked and stuff haha and its quite funny how they probe to see your family background too they did that to everyone i think
I'm glad to be back where it is WARM haha i really missed being warm! haha luckily hawaii has pleasant weather haha

will tomorrow be a day worth remembering?
